By accessing and using Spellbinder through our website or mobile applications (collectively, "the Game"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Game.

2. Description of Service

Spellbinder is a free-to-play word puzzle game where players form words from available letters within a time limit. The Game is available through our website and mobile applications for iOS. Features include daily challenges, endless mode, spells, scrolls, and leaderboards. Your account and progress sync across all platforms.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Game, you may need to create an account using your email address. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Use only one account per person

4. Acceptable Use

When using Spellbinder, you agree NOT to:

5. Intellectual Property

All content in Spellbinder, including but not limited to graphics, game mechanics, text, music, and code, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

6. User Content

Any display names or other content you provide must be appropriate and not contain offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate material. We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend accounts that violate these standards.

7. Game Progress and Data

While we strive to maintain your game progress and data, we do not guarantee that your data will always be available. We are not responsible for any loss of progress, scores, or other game data due to technical issues, service changes, or account termination. The mobile app supports offline play, but data stored only on your device may be lost if you uninstall the app or change devices without syncing.

8. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We may also update game mechanics, features, spells, scrolls, and other elements to improve balance and player experience. Mobile app updates may be required to continue using the service.

9. Mobile Application Terms

If you access the Game through a mobile application, you also agree to:

• Acknowledge that the app store provider has no obligation to provide maintenance, support, or warranty for the Game
